By accessing or using KnoKno ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
KnoKno is an AI-powered relationship coaching application. The App provides:
KnoKno is not a licensed therapist or counselor. The App provides general advice and suggestions only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical advice, or legal counsel.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
You must be at least 17 years old to use KnoKno.
Free Trial: New users may start with a 3-day full-access free trial where available through the Apple App Store. Trial availability, billing, and renewal terms are shown before purchase and are managed by Apple.
Subscription: After the free trial, continued use requires an active subscription, such as weekly, monthly, or annual plans. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Payment: Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to KnoKno (messages, screenshots, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the coaching service.

We continuously work to improve our AI, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
KnoKno, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is our intellectual property. The App's code, AI models, and proprietary algorithms are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our explicit permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
